Vamsi Pavan’s Place

Question : There is a game to be played by two players. Each player puts a coin on a circular table one by one. Initially the table has no coins on it. Slowly the table gets filled up. The player who doesnot find a place to put his coin on the table loses. If you are given the choice to play first or second, what would you do so as to win?
